Bio-electric, haptic, gestural and thought interfaces are among the many areas of interaction that I explore. Touch is an integral part of my work as it is at that moment that we give reference to our self and to our surrounding. By situating the body in reference to our environmental, sociological, political, cybernetic landscapes I take aim at the way our bodies touch each landscapes interface. My work explores the dependence we have on our environment and the blurring lines between our bodies, our technology, and the distancing from traditional ideas of landscapes. I have grown over the past few years to develop an interest in combined electronic mediums. My work spans multiple disciplines from interactive installation, network art, stills and video art. |
